Overview Details Further Old Gate, Holbeach (Class Q Conversion) Studio 11 Architecture recently submitted a planning application for the alteration and modern extension to a barn and tractor shed in the Lincolnshire town of Holbeach. The application needed to respect the existing materials of the barns as well as deal with typical flood risk issues encountered within the Fens.
