Overview Details King Street, Kings Lynn Studio 11 Architecture were commissioned to design a new dwelling on a tight site alongside the River Great Ouse. The site is within the grounds of a Grade 2* listed building and subject to potential flooding in a climate change event. The solution to the clients brief was to elevate the new dwelling above the high water line of the adjacent river whilst maintaining the general form and scale of the adjacent former warehouse building. This Project went on to win The Award for Excellence in Architectural Technology at the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) AT Awards 2021.
