Indeed this was the first site of its kind to successfully demonstrate that South Holland District Council did not have the required 5 year housing supply under the National Planning Policy Framework and permission was granted in autumn 2014. With a wide variety of experience including conservation and residential projects he has a particular interest in creating places where people want to live. Kris' passion for design has lead to his role as Creative Director, overseeing every project in the studio from meeting with you to listen to your aspirations at the start of your project, through to developing a vision and seeing that vision through to completion. Away from work, Kris enjoys family life, with two young children keeping him busy. He still will however, always find time for Formula 1.
